Weight Goal Reach!

I have lost over 20lbs from Dec 2022 to Feb 2023. I picked up my cardio workouts and sticked to more whole foods. Tasty fruits and veggies were watermelon, papaya, spinach and collard greens. Importantly, I supplement protein, magnesium and iron enriched foods with unsalted cashews and sunflower butter spread to my diet.
