Training for Spring

I start my spring training in December. I start with cardio and increase to weights and challenging new excerises. This year it is pilates. I took my first class and love the range of motion on my limbs. As an athletic, I need to be able to move and stretch and strengthen my body. This is a big a plus on my performance. Get out and move!
