Sources for Healing

Healing the body and mind of an injured player is normalcy. There is nothing wrong with you if you seek medical or mental health check ups.

Another source is spend time with older people and young children. They can help you keep grounded and see the things differently.

Finally, I am a big advocate for self care. Start your workout routines before the Holidays to avoid over eatting. Remember at parties to eat healthy foods your body needs to keep functioning well.

For instance, if I know I planned a busy day training, I would eat more carbs or red meat to keep me going. I listen to what my body needs. I highly recommend talking with a nutritionist to educate what works best for you.
